The Quiz team remain in second place, but have a game against the top team in the league next Monday 6th August - away at the Caldecotte Arms.
Quiz Team
The Village has a Quiz team, 'On the Borderline' which plays in the Bucks County Quiz League.
The team is made up of some villagers and other players from outside the village in a team of 4. We also have to supply a question reader for home matches.
While there is a nucleus of players this is only six so we would welcome hearing from further potential players.

Matches take place Monday evenings, starting at about 8.45pm, with home matches being played currently at the Three Locks.
For away matches we travel as far as Buckingham or Deanshanger, but most are in pubs in Milton Keynes and surrounding villages.
A supper is usually provided and the evenings are good fun not to be taken too seriously.
The team currently (3rd July) lie in second place in the summer league of 16 teams, behind the Caldecotte Lakers.
The next home matches are on 16th July and 3rd September.
